How far do 300 shots go?
It depends on face size and the degree of sagging. They are often split across depths on the jawline and cheeks, and the distribution by area is recorded in your consultation notes.
Does Ulthera hurt?
You may feel a sharp, tingling sensation when energy gathers near the fascia, and how much varies by person. Anesthesia options are explained after your consultation.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
New collagen takes time to form, so changes are seen over weeks to months. How long results last depends on your skin and lifestyle.
How is Ultherapy Prime different from the original Ulthera?
It is the newer device from the manufacturer, Merz Aesthetics, and treatment is done while watching the skin layers on the DeepSEE™ live screen.
Ulthera or Thermage — which should I get?
Ulthera lifts the fascia (SMAS); Thermage tightens the dermis. If sagging is your concern, look at Ulthera; if texture is, look at Thermage or XERF first. If it's both, we may plan them on the same day.
How can I check it's genuine?
The manufacturer provides a check: hold your phone to the authentication chip on the side of the device, and scan the QR code on the transducer. Ask before treatment and we'll check it together with you.
Can I go about my day right after treatment?
Most people can, but redness or swelling may occur, so let us know at your consultation if you have important plans while in Seoul.
