Website means the online site operated by the Clinic. User means a person accessing and using the Clinic's services under these terms. Consultation and appointment service means the ability to inquire about care or request an appointment through the website, phone or messaging channels such as KakaoTalk.
Article 3. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the website. The Clinic may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce the revised terms on the website.
Article 4. Services
The website may provide information about the clinic, doctors, treatments and equipment; guidance for online consultation and appointment requests; links to phone, KakaoTalk and social-media consultation channels; and notices, events and operating information.
Article 5. Consultation and appointments
Submitting a consultation or appointment request through the website does not confirm an appointment. Confirmation may depend on the Clinic contacting you or providing separate instructions. Incorrect information or inability to reach you may limit the request.
Article 6. Limits of medical information
Treatment and procedure information on the website is general guidance. Diagnosis, treatment options and results vary with a person's skin condition, medical history and lifestyle. Actual diagnosis and treatment are determined after an in-person assessment and consultation with medical staff.
Article 7. User obligations
Users must not misuse another person's information, submit false details, interfere with website operations, defame or infringe others' rights, post or transmit unlawful or offensive material, or copy, distribute, alter or commercially use website content without permission.
