Can I keep sightseeing on the same day I have a treatment in Seoul?

The honest version of yes

What that sentence does not cover is your own session. Anesthesia is part of an appointment, and how your day looks afterwards depends more on that than on the treatment. Nothing else on a normal itinerary belongs in that category. Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon, Myeongdong, a department store basement, a river walk, a long dinner — none of them raises skin temperature the way a jjimjilbang does.
The fix is scheduling, not abstinence. Put the bathhouse at the end of the trip and the conflict disappears entirely.
