The one place summer actually shows up
There is one honest seasonal note, and it is about your itinerary rather than your skin. After treatment, saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths and vigorous exercise are postponed for a few days.
In a Korean summer that instruction meets a hot city, and in winter it meets a bathhouse trip that was probably the point of the visit. Either way the fix is the same and it is scheduling: put the bathhouse at the end of the trip.
That is the whole of it. Nothing else in a normal itinerary — walking, sightseeing, shopping, eating — sits in the same category, in any month.
What to time it around instead
If you want a genuinely useful timing rule, use the treatment's own timetable rather than the season. Lifting effects are described as appearing within two weeks for Thermage and Xerf and within four weeks for Ultherapy Prime, and a repeat session is recommended once every six months to one year.
Those intervals are the real calendar. Counting forward from an appointment to a date that matters to you is a question with an answer; counting forward from a month is not.
For pigment work, the more important sequencing question is the diagnosis. The blemish program combines up to four lasers in one day, chosen after a board-certified dermatologist identifies what the marks are — and that identification does not vary by season either.
