What genuinely changes across the year
The clinic itself does not change. Weekday appointments run from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday appointments from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the same lunch hour, in every month of the year.
What changes is the calendar around it. The clinic is closed on Sundays and on Korean public holidays, and the two biggest, Seollal and Chuseok, move each year because they follow the lunar calendar. A date that was an ordinary Tuesday last year can be a national holiday this year.
Check this before booking flights. It trips people up far more often than the weather does, and it's easy to confirm over WhatsApp before you buy tickets.

The one place summer actually shows up
There is one seasonal note, and it concerns your itinerary more than your skin. After treatment, saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths and vigorous exercise are postponed for a few days.
In a Korean summer that instruction meets a hot city, and in winter it meets a bathhouse trip that was probably the point of the visit. Either way, the fix is scheduling. Put the bathhouse at the end of the trip.
Nothing else in a normal itinerary falls into that category in any month. Walking, sightseeing, shopping and eating are all fine.
What to time it around instead
If you want a timing rule, use the treatment's own timetable. Lifting effects are described as appearing within two weeks for Thermage and Xerf and within four weeks for Ultherapy Prime, and a repeat session is recommended once every six months to one year.
Those intervals are the real calendar. You can count forward from an appointment to a date that matters to you. A month on its own doesn't tell you much.
For pigment work, the more important sequencing question is the diagnosis. The blemish program combines up to four lasers in one day, chosen after a board-certified dermatologist identifies what the marks are. That diagnosis doesn't vary by season either.
