Ultherapy is classed as a lifting treatment with minimal downtime, and most patients return to their normal routine the same day. Mild redness or swelling is possible but described as rare rather than expected, and the treatment is not intended to leave the skin broken.

So the waiting period is not a recovery period. There is nothing to look after and nothing to manage — the interval simply belongs to how the treatment works.

If you are flying in for it
